BUFFALO, N.Y. – Damon & Morey LLP is pleased to announce
that Michael A. Amodeo and Jessica M. Keltz have
joined the firm as new Associates.
Michael Amodeo is an Associate at Damon & Morey LLP who
practices in the firm’s General Litigation Department.
Mr. Amodeo received his B.A. degree, in both Economics and
Political Science, from Hobart & William Smith College in 2001. He
went on to receive his J.D. degree from the State University of New
York at Buffalo Law School in 2004.
Prior to joining Damon & Morey, Mr. Amodeo was a junior associate
at Sliwa & Lane, where he practiced in the areas of defense litigation
of automobile/trucking accidents, premises liability, products
liability and insurance coverage litigation.
Jessica M. Keltz is an Associate at Damon & Morey who
practices in the firm’s Real Estate and Banking Department.
Ms. Keltz received her B.A. degree, cum laude, from St. Bonaventure
University in 2001. She went on to receive her J.D. degree from the
State University of New York at Buffalo Law School in 2006. During law
school, Ms. Keltz was an associate on the Buffalo Public Interest
Law Journal and served as a law clerk for Hon. Henry J. Nowak in
Buffalo City Housing Court.
Involved in the community, Ms. Keltz serves on the board of
directors of Heart of the City Neighborhoods, Inc.
Prior to joining Damon & Morey, Ms. Keltz was the Downtown Living
Coordinator for Buffalo Place Inc where she served as the Neighborhood
Liaison for downtown Buffalo in city housing court, wrote and
administered grants, and performed legislative assistance and legal
research.

Counsel

BUFFALO, N.Y. – Damon & Morey LLP is pleased to announce
that Randolph C. Oppenheimer has joined the firm as Special
Counsel.
Randolph Oppenheimer’s practice focuses on Labor and Employment,
Commercial Litigation and Intellectual Property. He has represented
clients before state and federal agencies and courts for more than
twenty-eight years.
A frequent lecturer, Mr. Oppenheimer has made presentations and
conducted trainings on litigation avoidance and labor law issues for
bar associations, employers, community groups, trade associations and
schools. Additionally, he has authored dozens of articles on a variety
of litigation and labor and employment related topics.
In 2007, Mr. Oppenheimer was selected as a member of Business
First of Buffalo's “Who's Who in Law” List for Labor and
Employment. He is also listed as one of The Best Lawyers in America©
for Labor and Employment and as one of Upstate New York's
Super Lawyers© for Business Litigation.
Active in the community, Mr. Oppenheimer currently serves as the
Vice-President of the Board of Directors for Legal Services for the
Elderly, Disabled and Disadvantaged of Western New York, a Trustee for
the Roger Tory Peterson Institute of Natural History, and the
President of the Board of Directors for the Friends of the Lower Great
Lakes Fishery Resources Office (U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service).
Mr. Oppenheimer received his B.A. degree, in Political Science,
from the University of Vermont in 1976. He went on to earn his J.D.
degree from the Case Western Reserve University School of Law in 1979.
While in law school, Mr. Oppenheimer served as the Associate Editor of
Law Review.
