Mr. Amodeo is an Associate at Damon Morey, LLP, practicing in the firm’s General Litigation Department.

Mr. Amodeo received his B.A. degree, in both Economics and Political Science, from Hobart College in 2001. He went on to receive his J.D. degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo Law School in 2004.

He is a member of the New York State Bar Association and Erie County Bar Association.

Prior to joining Damon Morey, Mr. Amodeo was a junior associate at a local Buffalo law firm where he practiced in the areas of defense litigation of automobile/trucking accidents, premises liability, products liability and insurance coverage litigation.
