Ms. Dwyert is an Associate at Damon Morey LLP, practicing in the firm’s General Litigation Department.

Ms. Dwer received her B.A. degree from Villanova University in 2005. She went on to earn her J.D. degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo Law School in 2008. While attending law school, Ms. Dwyer served as a legal intern for Rich Products and as a legal extern for the City of Buffalo Law Department. Additionally, she was Publications Editor for the Buffalo Law Journal.

Ms. Dwyer is a member of the Bar Association of Erie County and the Women's Bar Association of the State of New York.

Prior to joining Damon Morey, Ms. Dwyer was an Associate at Gibson, McAskill & Crosby LLP.
