Mr. Borden is an Associate practicing in the firm’s
Business and Corporate Department and is
a member of the Environmental Practice
Group.
Mr. Borden received his B.S. in Environmental Sciences, summa cum
laude, from the University of Notre Dame in 2002. During the fall of
2001, Mr. Borden participated in the Biosphere 2 Earth Semester which
provides a hands-on exploration of earth systems science, policy,
ecology and astronomy. He then went on to receive his J.D. from the
University of Wisconsin Law School.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Borden was a Teaching Assistant at the
University of Notre Dame Environmental Research Center. He taught and
lectured in the environmental science field.
He is a member of the Wisconsin Bar Association and will be sworn
into the New York State Bar Association in February 2008.
