Mr. Micklus is an Associate at Damon &
Morey LLP, practicing in the firm’s Business & Corporate Department. He

Mr. Micklus received his J.D. degree, cum laude, from the State
University of New York at Buffalo Law School in 2006. While attending
law school, he was the Electronic Systems Editor for the Buffalo Law
Review, a Clerk for the Buffalo Intellectual Property Journal,
and the Class Director of the Student Bar Association. He received both
the Adolf Homburger Law Alumni Association Award and the ABA-BNA Award
for Excellence in the Study of Labor & Employment Law. Mr. Micklus
received his B.A. in Economics, magna cum laude, from Cornell University
in 2003.
Mr. Micklus is a member of the Bar Association of Erie County and New
York State Bar Association.
