Randolph C. Oppenheimer is Special Counsel at Damon & Morey LLP,
where his practice focuses primarily on Labor and Employment. He has represented
clients before state and federal agencies and courts for more than
twenty-eight years.
Mr. Oppenheimer is a member of the Bar Association of Erie County, the New York State
Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. Mr. Oppenheimer also
is a member of the Society of Human Resource Managers, the Buffalo
Niagara Human Resources Association, and the Labor and Employment
Research Association.
A frequent lecturer, Mr. Oppenheimer has made presentations and
conducted trainings on litigation avoidance and labor law issues for bar
associations, employers, community groups, trade associations and
schools. Additionally, he has authored dozens of articles on a variety
of litigation and labor and employment related topics.
In 2007, Mr. Oppenheimer was selected as a member of Business First
of Buffalo's “Who's Who in Law” List - Labor and Employment. He is
also listed as one
of The Best Lawyers in America© for Labor and Employment and as
one of Upstate New York's Super Lawyers© for Business Litigation.
Active in the community, Mr. Oppenheimer currently serves as the
Vice-President of the Board of Directors for
Legal Services for the Elderly, Disabled
and Disadvantaged of Western New York, a Trustee for the
Roger Tory Peterson Institute of Natural
History, and the President of the Board of Directors for the
Friends of the
Lower Great Lakes Fishery Resources Office (U.S. Fish and Wildlife
Service).
