Mr. Plache is Special Counsel at Damon Morey LLP, practicing in the firm’s Probate, Trust and Estate Department.
A practicing attorney for more than 45 years, Mr. Plache is a former Assistant United States Attorney for the Western District of New York and a former lieutenant in the United States Navy.
Mr. Plache’s community involvement includes the following:
- Former 10-year member of the Board of Trustees of the Buffalo and Erie County Public Library and is currently an emeritus member
- Former nine-year member of the Kenmore-Town of Tonawanda School Board, with various terms as president
- Former president of the Board of Trustees of Kenmore Presbyterian Church
- Trustee of various charitable trusts and foundations.
Mr. Plache’s professional memberships include the Erie County and New York State Bar Associations. He is a member of various committees and sections of these associations. Mr. Plache is a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel and a former member of the International Academy of Estate and Trust Law.
