Ms. Rogers received her B.A. degree cum laude from the State
University of New York College at Fredonia in 1995. She received her
J.D. degree from the Ohio Northern University College of Law in 1998.
While at law school, Ms. Rogers was a participant in the Florida State
Bar Association’s Tax Competition’s Moot Court.
