Ms. Auletta is a Partner at Damon Morey LLP, practicing in the firm’s litigation department, concentrating in the area of general liability.

Prior to coming to Damon Morey, Ms. Auletta served as a confidential law clerk to the Honorable John T. Elfvin in the United States District Court, Western District of New York. She was a summer intern for Justice John W. Clabby of the Supreme Court of New York, Queens County and a volunteer mediator for the Brooklyn Mediation Center, a division of New York City’s Victim Services Agency.

Ms. Auletta is a member of the Erie County Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association. She has served as a speaker for New York State Bar Association seminars, including “Automobile Insurance Law and Practice.”
