Ms. Auletta is a Partner at Damon Morey LLP, practicing in the firm’s litigation
department, concentrating in the area of general liability. She graduated, cum
laude, from the Fordham University School of Law.
Prior to coming to Damon Morey, Ms. Auletta served as a confidential law clerk to
the Honorable John T. Elfvin in the United States District Court, Western District of
New York. She has been appointed by the Hon. William M. Skretny to panel the
Federal Mediators for the United States District Court for the Western District of
New York. She was also a summer intern for Justice John W. Clabby of the
Supreme Court of New York, Queens County and a volunteer mediator for the
Brooklyn Mediation Center, a division of New York City’s Victim Services Agency.
Ms. Auletta is a member of the Erie County Bar Association and the New York State
Bar Association. She has served as a speaker for New York State Bar Association
seminars, including “Automobile Insurance Law and Practice.”
Additionally, Ms. Auletta is a Trustee for Holy Spirit Church and sits on the Board of Directors of the American Red Cross, serving Erie and Niagara counties.
