Mr. Balcarczyk is an Associate at Damon &
Morey LLP, practicing in the firm’s Litigation
Department, where he concentrates on insurance defense, medical/professional
malpractice and sports and recreation defense.
His previous legal experience includes a position as the Judical Intern
for the Hon. Ralph W. Smith, Jr. – US District Court, Northern District
of New York.
Mr. Balcarczyk received his B.S. degree, cum laude, from the State
University of New York at Buffalo in 1997, where he was a member of the
Golden Key National Honor Society.
He received his J.D. degree from Albany Law School of Union University
in 2001. He was an associate for the Albany Law Review. While at law
school, he was also the Secretary for the Celtic Law Society.
Mr. Balcarczyk is a member of the Erie County and New York State Bar
Associations. Mr. Balcarczyk was also an elected committee member for
the City of Lackawanna, 1994-1996.
