Mr. Baldwin is an Associate at Damon Morey LLP, practicing in the firm’s Litigation Department.

Mr. Baldwin received his B.A. degree, cum laude, from the State University of New York at Geneseo in 2000. He received his J.D. degree, cum laude, from the University at Buffalo School of Law in 2004. While attending law school, Mr. Baldwin was an Articles Editor for Buffalo Law Review (2003-2004). He also served on both the Jessup International Moot Court Board and the Desmond Moot Court Board.

Mr. Baldwin is admitted to New York State Courts and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of New York. He is a member of the Bar Association of Erie County and the New York State Bar Association. Additionally, Mr. Baldwin is a member of the firm's Recruitment Committee.

He isthe President of the UB Law Alumni G.O.L.D. Group and a member of the Board of Directors for Brush-Up-Buffalo.
