JESSE BALDWIN
 

Mr. Baldwin is an Associate at Damon Morey LLP, practicing in the firm’s Litigation Department. He handles all aspects of litigated matters in New York State and Federal Courts, from early discovery through trial. He has argued before the Appellate Division on seven occasions. He handles a wide variety of litigation on behalf of corporations, professionals, and individuals.

Mr. Baldwin received his B.A. degree, cum laude, from the State University of New York at Geneseo in 2000. He received his J.D. degree, cum laude, from the University at Buffalo School of Law in 2004. While attending law school, Mr. Baldwin was an Articles Editor for Buffalo Law Review (2003-2004) and served on the Buffalo Moot Court Board.

Mr. Baldwin is admitted to New York State Courts and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of New York. He is a member of the Bar Association of Erie County, the New York State Bar Association, and the Western New York Lawyers Association. Additionally, Mr. Baldwin is a member of the firm's Recruitment Committee. He is a past president of the UB Law Alumni G.O.L.D. Group and a member of the Board of Directors for Brush-Up-Buffalo.
