Mr. Birenbach is a Partner at Damon Morey LLP practicing in the Litigation Department. His responsibilities include matters involving civil rights, municipal liability, products liability, medical and podiatric malpractice, coverage, and general negligence at the trial and appellate levels. He is admitted to practice in New York state courts, as well as the United States District Courts for the Southern, Eastern, Northern, and Western Districts of New York and the 2nd Circuit Court of Appeals.

Prior to joining Damon Morey, Mr. Birenbach was Assistant Corporation Counsel in the Office of Corporation Counsel in Syracuse, New York. His practice focused primarily in the area of municipal litigation for the City of Syracuse and the Syracuse City School District.

Mr. Birenbach is a member of the Erie County Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association.
