Mr. Callocchia is a Senior Associate practicing in the firm's Litigation Department. He handles all aspects of litigated matters from discovery through trial on behalf of corporations, professionals, and individuals. He has also argued before the Appellate Division on numerous occasions.
Mr. Callocchia is
admitted to practice in New York State Courts and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of New York. He is also a member of the Bar Association of Erie County, the New York State Bar Association, and the Western New York Trial Lawyers Association.
Mr. Callocchia earned his Law School Degree from the University at Buffalo. He was a member of the UB Law School’s trial team and competed in the William Daniel National Trial Competition in Atlanta, Georgia. He also competed in the UB Law School’s Desmond Moot Court Competition and was a member of the UB Law School’s Niagara Cup Moot Court team in 2002. In 2001, Mr. Callocchia was a member of the UB Law School team that earned 2nd place in the Fasken 1st Year International Law Moot Court Competition and studied international law in Italy through a program at Seton Hall University’s School of Law.
Mr. Callocchia received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Politics with a minor in Religion, magna cum laude, from The Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C. He also graduated with Honors in Classical Philosophy and Environmental Studies. As an undergraduate, Mr. Callocchia was a Shahan Scholar and a member of the University Honors Program.
In 2009, Mr. Callocchia was the recipient of the Erie County Bar Association Volunteer Lawyers Project Immigration Pro Bono Award for his outstanding volunteer services to the VLP Immigration Project.
In 1998, Frank was a congressional intern for the Honorable John J. LaFalce, NY29th in Washington, D.C.
