Mr. Drury is a Senior Partner and the Chair of General Litigation Department at Damon Morey. He also serves as a member of the firm's Management Committee.

Mr. Drury possesses extensive experience as a trial attorney in matters involving toxic torts, medical malpractice, products liability and general negligence. He was actively engaged in the defense of numerous keyboard cases which were part of the repetitive stress injury claims that were being filed in increasing numbers across the country.

Mr. Drury is a member of the Erie County Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, the American Bar Association and has served as a director of the Western New York Trial Lawyers Association.

Mr. Drury is currently listed as one of The Best Lawyers in America® 2010 for Personal Injury Litigation Defense by Woodward White and was named among this year's Upstate New York's “Super Lawyers."

Prior to coming to Damon Morey in 1980, Mr. Drury assisted in the development of a model campaign finance law for the National Municipal League. He then went on to work as a law clerk for the United States Department of Justice in its Anti-Trust Division.
