Mr. Dunbar is a Senior Trial Partner in
the firm’s Litigation Department. His
litigation practice covers a wide array of claims, with an emphasis on
trucking and transportation litigation, products liability defense
litigation, construction accidents, and insurance coverage. Mr. Dunbar
has handled numerous cases for trucking companies and transportation
clients. Additionally, he has a long history of defending products
claims for numerous domestic and foreign manufacturers, including the
makers of conveyors, labelers, forklifts, high-lifts, power planers,
power saws, milling and boring machinery, presses, bakery equipment, and
numerous consumer products. He also handles life insurance and
disability claims on behalf of insurance company clients on a statewide
basis.
He is admitted to practice before all state courts in New York and is
admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the
Western, Eastern and Northern Districts of New York.
Mr. Dunbar received his B.A. degree, cum laude, from the State
University College at Geneseo and his J.D. degree from the State
University of New York at Buffalo. He is admitted to practice before all
state courts in New York and is admitted to practice in the United
States District Court for the Western, Eastern and Northern Districts of
New York.
Mr. Dunbar is a member of the New York State and Erie County Bar
Associations. He is a member of the Western New York Trial Lawyers
Association, the Defense Research Institute and is a former director of
the Western New York Defense Trial Lawyers Association.
