Pamela J. Fielding is Special Counsel at Damon Morey where she works in the Corporate Department.

Ms. Fielding is an attorney and human resources consultant with over 20 years of experience in all aspects of employee benefits law, including the design, drafting, compliance, and administration of defined benefit, 401(k), ESOPs, health and welfare, and executive compensation plans. She has advised clients with respect to employee benefits in mergers and acquisitions; COBRA and HIPAA compliance; fiduciary duties; and multiemployer withdrawal liability. She has represented employers in connection with ERISA litigation matters, IRS and DOL audits, and PBGC proceedings.

Ms. Fielding has extensive experience working with Fortune 500, multi-national; tax-exempt and governmental organizations. Previously, she was a Senior Manager in the Global Employment Solutions Practice with both Deloitte Tax LLP and Ernst & Young LLP.

Ms. Fielding is a member of the Bar Association of Erie County and the New York State Bar Association.
