Christian J. Henrich is a Partner in Damon &
Morey’s Business and Corporate Department
where he concentrates on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and
counseling emerging technology companies. He has advised clients, ranging from start-ups to Fortune
100 companies, in connection with:

acquisitions and divestitures

finance, including debt and equity offerings

Cyberlaw
and e-commerce

Delaware
corporate law and corporate governance matters
Recent transactions for
which Mr. Henrich has been either the lead attorney or assisted include:

leveraged
buyout of an Illinois based debt collection agency and capital
raise/sale of equity interests in purchasing parent;
-
asset purchase of
the Buffalo operations of a Fortune 100 pharmaceutical company;
-
debt offering
of a fashion apparel house;
-
initial public offering
of a de novo commercial bank;
-
several private
equity investments in a Colorado-based staffing company; and
-
series of
investments in a Buffalo-based filtration technology company.
Mr. Henrich served as an infantry officer in the United States Army,
resigning his commission as Captain in 1995. His appointments in the
military included serving as a general’s aide to the Commander of the
Joint Readiness Training Center and as the second-in-command of
an Airborne Ranger Company.
Mr. Henrich is admitted to practice in both New York and Delaware and is
currently a member of the New York State Bar Association, the Delaware
Bar Association, Erie County Bar Association and the Upstate Venture Association of New York.
He assists the Episcopal Diocese of Western New York with legal
matters and is an active member of the Buffalo Rugby Football Club.
