Mr. Leibeck is an Associate at Damon Morey LLP, practicing in the firm’s General Litigation Department. He focuses his practice on toxic tort and asbestos exposure defense as well as general insurance defense.

Mr. Leibeck is a member of the Bar Association of Erie County and the New York State Bar Association. Additionally, he is a member of the Pennsylvania State Bar Association and the West Virginia State Bar Association.

He received his B.S. degree from West Virginia University in 1987. He went on to receive his J.D. degree from the Duquesne University School of Law in 2000. While attending law school, Mr. Leibeck was a senior member of Duquesne Law Review, 1999-2000.

Prior to joining Damon Morey, he worked as an associate at the law firms of Riley, Hewitt, Witte and Romano (Pittsburgh, PA) and Brown and Levicoff (Pittsburgh, PA).
