Ms. Mallia is an Associate at Damon &
Morey LLP, practicing in the firm’s Labor and Employment Department.
Ms. Mallia is a member of the Bar Association of Erie County and New
York State Bar Association. Additionally, she is a member of the Women's
Bar Association, where she is slated to serve on the local Board of
Directors next year. She is admitted to practice in all state courts New
York as well as the U.S. District Court for the Western District of New
York.
In addition to her numerous professional activities, Ms. Mallia is a
tutor and board member for the Literacy Volunteers of Buffalo & Erie County, Inc. and a
board member for University at Buffalo Law School’s GOLD Group.
She received her J.D. degree, cum laude, from the State University of
New York at Buffalo Law School in 2005. While attending law school, Ms.
Mallia was an Articles Editor for the Buffalo Law Review
(2004-2005) and a member of the Desmond Moot Court Board.
Ms. Mallia received her B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from the State
University of New York at Binghamton in 2002; she was a member of Phi
Beta Kappa, Phi Eta Sigma National Honor Society, and the Golden Key
National Honor Society. In 2001, she also spent a semester at the
International Institute in Madrid, Spain as part of the Study Abroad
Program in Spanish Language.
