Mr. McCann is an Associate at Damon & Morey who practices in the

Mr. McCann received his dual B.A. degree in English and Political
Science in 1998 from the State University of New York at Buffalo and his
J.D. degree, with a concentration in Finance Transactions, in 2004 from
the State University of New York at Buffalo Law School.
Prior to joining Damon & Morey, Mr. McCann was a Corporate Compliance
Specialist for M&T Bank, where he was responsible for interpreting
various banking specific regulations and assuring compliance relating to
consumer lending. Additionally, Mr. McCann worked as an associate for
the law firm of Byrne, Costello & Pickard in Syracuse, New York where he
focused his practice on not-for-profit commercial real estate and
construction law.
