Ms. Miranda is an Associate at Damon Morey LLP, practicing in the firm’s Business Litigation and Insolvency Department.

Ms. Miranda received her B.S. degree, magna cum laude, in Business Administration from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 2004. She went on to earn her
J.D. and M.B.A. with a concentration in Finance from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 2008. While attending school, Ms. Miranda was employed by National Fuel Gas Distribution Corporation as both an intern in the Rates and Regulatory Affairs Department and a law clerk. Additionally, Ms. Miranda served as Vice President of the Progressive Law Society.

Ms. Miranda has been a member of Beta Gamma Sigma, a national business honor society, since 2003. She is also a member of the New York State Bar Association, the Bar Association of Erie County and the Women’s Bar Association of the State of New York.
