A Partner in the Litigation Department at Damon Morey LLP, Ms. Mooney focuses her practice on the defense of insured and self-insured corporations at the trial and appellate level. Through the years, Ms. Mooney has gained significant experience defending corporations, municipalities, school districts and Section 1983 Claim Law. This experience includes the defense of matters involving products liability, labor law violations, commercial disputes, civil rights violations and negligence claims.

Ms. Mooney has been recognized for her accomplishments in the field of law.
