Mr. Pullman is a Senior Partner at Damon & Morey LLP, practicing in the firm’s Business and Corporate Department. He is the Co-Chair of the firm’s Intellectual Property Law Practice Group.

Mr. Pullman’s practice is concentrated in the areas of business start-ups, corporate mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financing, domestic and international technology protection and transfer, and domestic and international intellectual property financing and commercialization. He regularly represents numerous clients in corporate transactions throughout the world.

Mr. Pullman is a member of the New York State and Erie County Bar Associations and is a former teaching assistant at the State University of New York at Buffalo.  Mr. Pullman is currently listed as one of The Best Lawyers in America© for Intellectual Property by Woodward White.

He is active in various charitable and civic organizations and is fluent in modern Greek.
