A Senior Partner at Damon Morey LLP, Ms. Snider is a member of the firm’s General Litigation Department as well as the Environmental and Products Liability Practice Groups. She concentrates her practice in the areas of environmental exposure litigation, environmental coverage, product liability and general negligence. She also serves as a member of the firm's Management Committee.
Her experience in the area of environmental law began in 1981 when she became involved in over 600 actions involving Love Canal litigation. Ms. Snider possesses extensive experience in massive tort actions. As counsel for numerous defendants, Ms. Snider has litigated thousands of claims for damages involving alleged asbestos exposure and has successfully tried such cases to conclusion. She has significant experience representing insurance carriers in environmental coverage disputes in actions in both New York State and New Jersey. In addition, Ms. Snider’s day to day practice involves the defense of companies and individuals in a variety of personal injury matters.
Ms. Snider is admitted to practice before all New York State courts and the federal courts for the Western and Northern Districts of New York. She is a member of the Bar Association of Erie County, New York State Bar Association, the Western New York Trial Lawyers Association and the Defense Research Institute. Additionally, Ms. Snider was named to Business First of Buffalo's Who's Who in Law List in 2007. She was also recently selected again by her peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America 2012® (Copyright 2011 by Woodward/White, Inc., of Aiken, S.C.) in the practice of Mass Tort Litigation and Class Action Defendants. Ms. Snider has been "AV rated" by her peers and judges, the premier rating offered by Martindale Hubbell for lawyers achieving the highest level of professional excellence.
A frequent presenter, Ms. Snider recently spoke at a Judicial Conference held in Albany, NY sponsored by the New York State Office of Court Administration on the topics of Asbestos practice in Upstate New York and the Use of Case Management Orders.

This Winter, Ms. Snider will be speaking at two conferences on the topic of asbestos litigation.
Recent publications include articles on indoor air pollution for the New York State Facilities Journal, a New York State Bar Association publication on the admissibility of expert testimony, and an article concerning recent trends in asbestos litigation for a nationally distributed newsletter.
Ms. Snider resides in Buffalo with her husband and three children.
