A Partner in Damon & Morey’s Litigation Department, Mr. Zweig has extensive experience at both the trial and appellate levels in the defense of product liability claims, first-party claims made against insurance companies, and claims arising out of skiing accidents and other sports-related injuries as well as in the defense of professional liability claims made against doctors and hospitals, insurance agents and brokers, construction companies, and architects.

He has tried a wide variety of cases in both federal and state court. He has also argued appeals at both the state and federal level, including:

Based on his experience, Mr. Zweig frequently serves as mediator and sole or neutral arbitrator in cases pending in Western New York. He is admitted to practice in all federal district courts in New York, and the federal district court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.

In 2003, Mr. Zweig was elected to the Board of Directors for the Erie County Bar Association for a three-year term. His professional memberships include the Erie County and New York State Bar Associations, the Western New York Trial Lawyers Association, and the Association of Ski Defense Attorneys.

Mr. Zweig received his B.A., cum laude, from Syracuse University and his J.D. from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
