Mr. Auerbach is an Associate at Damon Morey LLP, practicing in the firm’s Real Estate Department. His practice includes representing clients before municipal boards in zoning and land use matters such as use and area variances, special use permits, site plan and subdivision approval.
Mr. Auerbach received his J.D. degree from Albany Law School in 2007 where he was awarded the American Bar Association State and Local Government Law Section Prize. Additionally, he was a semi-finalist in the Karen C. McGovern Senior Prize Trials Competition. Mr. Auerbach received his B.A. in Political Science from the University of Florida in 2003.
Prior to joining Damon Morey, Mr. Auerbach was Associate Counsel to the Association of Towns of the State of New York. He is a frequent lecturer on land use and zoning law, specializing in the municipal planning and zoning regulatory process.
Mr. Auerbach is a member of the Bar Association of Erie County and the New York State Bar Association.
