the firm has assisted clients with the federal reporting, inventory and
community awareness programs mandated in the Emergency Planning and
Community Right-to-Know Act of 1986 (EPCRA).
Our experience includes:

We have also represented clients involved in litigation under EPCRA.
-
Defending a small manufacturing company in
an EPCRA citizen’s suit initiated in federal court. As part of this
defense, the firm conducted a broad compliance review for this client.
