Condominium and Homeowners Association
We have intimate knowledge of the New York State statutes and regulations governing the formation and expansion of condominiums and homeowners’ associations. We have prepared condominium and homeowners’ association offering plans, declarations and by-laws, gained New York State Attorney General approval of their formation, and obtained no-action letters where appropriate. We also serve as general counsel to both types of associations in their ongoing governance and enforce condominium liens.
