International Trade and Transactions

The International Practice Group at Damon Morey provides a full range of legal services to domestic and foreign-based clients engaged in international transactions. The International Practice Group is comprised of attorneys from all of the principal practice areas within the firm. The firm represents U.S. clients engaged in cross-border legal matters, as well as foreign corporations and individuals doing business in the U.S.

Consistent with the significant amount of economic activity between the United States and Canada, Damon Morey serves as local counsel to many Canadian businesses with subsidiaries or branch offices in the United States. In addition, the firm has served as local counsel to European and Asian corporations. The firm’s legal advice to these clients encompasses basic corporate law issues as well as customs, immigration, and international trade and finance issues.
