We assist clients in all aspects of the patent process including, but not limited to, analyzing patent search results and drafting patentability opinions, preparing patent applications and filing same with the United States Patent and Trademark Office and foreign patent offices, preparing responses to office actions, handling appeals before the Board of Patent Appeals and Interferences, monitoring issued patents, and preparing patent infringement and validity opinions.
