| Damon Morey Managing Partner Peter S. Marlette was a presenter for the American Law Firm Association (ALFA) tele-seminar entitled, "Navigating through the Recession and Preparing Your Law Firm for the Recovery." On June 16th, this seminar was presented to Managing Partners throughout the United States.
Mr. Marlette is currently the co-chair of the ALFA Managing Partners Practice Group which is responsible for bringing managing partners of ALFA International law firms together to discuss ideas and best practices relating to the management of a law firm.
A Senior Partner in the Litigation Department, Mr. Marlette devotes a substantial portion of his practice to the defense of high exposure products liability, toxic substance, and trucking litigation. He also represents corporations in large commercial litigation and arbitrations both domestically and internationally. Mr. Marlette received his B.A. degree from Dartmouth College and his J.D. degree from Georgetown University Law Center.
