"The most meaningful part of my work is utilizing my understanding of complicated legal issues to create a compelling, powerful story for the client."

Overview

Biography

Greg is an accomplished trial attorney with more than two decades of complex litigation and trial experience. He manages all aspects of complex commercial trial cases, with an emphasis on construction law.

Greg’s primary goal is to help clients mitigate their risks and avoid litigation if possible. He has represented clients in multimillion-dollar arbitrations, mediations, and other forms of alternative dispute resolution (ADR). However, when necessary, Greg skillfully represents utilities, merchant energy owners, construction companies, construction project developers, and power plant companies through the entire complex litigation process.

He also has extensive experience in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating architect, construction, design-build, construction management, government, and international contracts and subcontracts.

Greg has a keen eye for detail, a passion for discovering how things work, and a strong curiosity, which help him master the complex and diverse industries of construction and power and energy construction. He quickly determines how his clients’ complex projects are proceeding, and should proceed, and rectifies any gaps in the processes with inventive solutions.
